I have to mention that the staff there are the absolute sweetest, and they are all so incredibly helpful especially when you have lots of questions about dietary restrictions. Dillas has been a key to many of dinners at my house. For my kids they enjoy the plaino quesadillas, while my husband and I enjoy the founder. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend coming in and grabbing a bite to eat, you won’t regret it . ”

“ Been going to Dillas since their only location opened was the one in Plano. It's fresh and tasty. I can't remember a week I haven't gone lately in the past years, at least me or my husband go once a week. The hot hatch is where it's at and the chips and queso. The fires are good too. You can get any Dilla as a salad too. They also have fresh brewed sweet and unsweet tea and lemonade. We always said this place would take off and it is and I am so happy for them that they have grown so much over the years. Good food. Great people. It won't be long before you will be able to find a Dilla anywhere you go! ”

“ My 1st online order, created my own Mega Dilla with lone star & steak founder primo quesadillas. Large portions and the flavor was so yummy. I was not a fan of the creamy green dip. The Primo queso & chips (picked crispy Dilla & light cheese blend) hit the spot for my tastebuds! My order was ready on time and I picked up at the drive thru lane. I will be back for more! “ I ordered from the app and went inside to pick it up. The store was clean, staff was fantastic and food was phenomenal. I got the founder as a salad with chicken and the hatch dilla. Both were delicious. The jalapeno sauce is amazing. ”
“ Update four years later: rating went from a 4 to a 5!! I ordered the lone Star and oh my gosh I have never had such a delicious quesadilla before. It had a sweet BBQ taste in the undertones along with a savory cilantro. It was sweet savory and the meat was juicy and the sweet onions really added another level. Dipped in the jalapeno ranch sauce, it was creamy and refreshing. The food was hot and fresh as well. The chips and salsa were delicious as well and I liked the sprinkling of the sweet BBQ flavored powder on the chips. The salsa was also fresh with a lot of cilantro and lime flavor. And even the cup of water they gave me seemed filtered and not out of the tap. If you've never been here and you're trying to find some new delicious food I would suggest it. The price is a little steeper than a normal Mexican food places but I think it's worth it. First time here and I gotta say, theres a lot of menu options to choose from, to make the perfect quesadilla. I was able to snatch a free Dilla by entering my info on their fb page. I chose the steak and cheese. It was nice and hot, the steak was juicy and not at all tough. The cheese was gooey and stringy, and it came with a little salsa cup. The salsa had a nice mild heat to it, with lots of cilantro and tomato flavor. Normally this would be 7.49 plus tax. A little more than lets say, taco bell. But definitely tasted tons better ! I will be back ! ”
